CNBuyHub User Registration Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before registering as a CNBuyHub user. By registering, logging in, or using CNBuyHub services, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept all terms of this agreement.
Confirmation and Acceptance of Service Terms
1.1 The ownership and operation rights of CNBuyHub user registration services belong to CNBuyHub.
1.2 By registering or using the services, users agree to comply with this agreement and all service terms, operating rules, and notices published by CNBuyHub.
Provision of Service Information
2.1 CNBuyHub provides international purchasing and related services to users via its information and service platforms over the Internet.
2.2 Users must provide complete, accurate, truthful, and valid recipient information and email addresses, and update any changes promptly.
2.3 If users provide inaccurate or false information, CNBuyHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate their services.
User Information Protection
3.1 Respecting user privacy is a fundamental principle of CNBuyHub.
3.2 CNBuyHub will not disclose, leak, or modify user information to third parties without legal permission or user consent.
Rights Regarding Service Terms
4.1 CNBuyHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice.
4.2 CNBuyHub is not liable for any losses caused by modifications, suspension, or termination of services.
User Account and Password Security
5.1 Upon successful registration, users will receive a CNBuyHub account and username.
5.2 Users must properly safeguard their account and password and must not disclose them to any third party. Users bear all responsibility for any consequences resulting from disclosure.
5.3 If users suspect their account or password has been compromised, they should change it immediately and notify customer service to handle account balances and related matters.
5.4 CNBuyHub reserves the right to modify usernames containing illegal or sensitive words.
User Management
6.1 Users are solely responsible for the information they post and their behavior.
6.2 Users must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and online usage norms, including but not limited to:
- Not posting illegal information;
- Not engaging in illegal activities;
- Not interfering with or disrupting platform operations. 6.3 If users post violating content, CNBuyHub reserves the right to delete the content and pursue liability.
Limited Liability
7.1 CNBuyHub is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages caused by users’ use of the services, but reserves the right to pursue user liability.
7.2 Users acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using CNBuyHub services and assume responsibility accordingly.
Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 Users explicitly agree that the use of CNBuyHub services is at their own risk.
8.2 CNBuyHub does not provide any explicit or implied warranties for the services.
Storage and Limitations of CNBuyHub Service Information
9.1 CNBuyHub does not limit information transmission, but reserves the right to determine whether user behavior complies with service terms.
9.2 If users violate the terms, CNBuyHub may suspend account services.
9.3 All content copyrights of CNBuyHub belong to CNBuyHub, and reproduction requires prior authorization.
Disclaimer and Special Product Instructions
10.1 CNBuyHub strives to ensure the accuracy of product information, but differences may exist due to photography lighting, devices, monitors, etc.
10.2 CNBuyHub will purchase products from user-specified websites, usually within 6–15 business days (depending on international logistics), but does not guarantee final delivery times.
10.3 Users acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Sensitive products: essential oils, eye care solutions, lubricants, batteries, glue, etc., may be removed or handled;
- Customs regulations: liquids, powders, electronic items, food, medicine, etc., may face shipping risks; customs clearance is the user’s responsibility;
- Limited inspection: electronics, branded items, models, tickets, cards, etc., are only checked for appearance and accessories; quality and authenticity are not guaranteed;
- Fragile items: ceramics, glass, irregularly shaped items may break during transit; losses are the user’s responsibility;
- Custom orders: arranged directly between user and seller; CNBuyHub does not inspect;
- Deposit orders: non-refundable according to seller rules if the balance is not paid;
- Low-reputation sellers: user selects seller; risk borne by user;
- CDs and collectibles: inspection only for appearance, not unsealed; risk borne by user. 10.4 For after-sales issues (missing items, damage, defects), users must apply within 72 hours of receipt following the help center process; overdue requests will not be accepted. 10.5 CNBuyHub is not responsible for packages undelivered due to user reasons. 10.6 CNBuyHub does not support the purchase of counterfeit items, prescription drugs, tobacco, lottery tickets, pornographic materials, narcotics, firearms, controlled knives, explosives, etc. Prohibited products may be updated according to local laws.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 This agreement and CNBuyHub services are governed by Hong Kong law.
11.2 Any disputes arising from the use of CNBuyHub services should first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, the parties may bring the case to a competent court.
